This policy covers the groups of Indigenous people affected by STIs, goals and indicators, slipway in which testing is carried out and how testing can be improved, treatment and care of Indigenous people, ways of educating Indigenous association members and workers within the field and programmes which have been either enhanced or developed because of the policy.
The goal of the this policy is to reduce the transmission of and morbidity and mortality caused by STIs ( versedly transmitted infections) and BBVs (Blood Borne Viruses) and to background the personal and social impact of these
infections.
